It’s an annual tradition here on HeyUGuys to serve up this artistic dish pre-BAFTA awards, and with the 2015 Film Awards rocketing towards us now is the time to present this year’s bespoke artwork for the Best Picture nominees.

The films nominated cast a long shadow over the previous year’s blockbusting melange of sequels and reboots, each earning their place with dazzling narratives and strong central performances. The Grand Budapest Hotel, Birdman, Boyhood and the twin biopic features of The Imitation Game and The Theory of Everything are in contention and it is an encouraging sign to see originality leading the way. Of course, five films with male-dominated performances is less encouraging but hey – there’s always next year.

The artwork was created by by London design agency Human After All, the artist is Malika Favre (whose work can be found here) and can be ordered from so you can adorn your wall with these splendid pieces.

The EE British Academy Film Awards will be shown on BBC 1 at 9pm on the 8th of February and we’ll be there from 6pm bringing you all the news and award winners.
