Meryl Streep has joined the cast of the series ‘Only Murders in the Building’ for season 3.
The shows Selena Gomez took to her social media for the big reveal in which she introduces the returning cast including Paul Rudd and Andrea Martin until Streep pops up from behind the sofa to place a pillow behind Steve Martin’s back.

Streep’s role is expectantly under wraps. She joins a cast that includes Tina Fey, Vanessa Aspillaga, Adina Verson and Ryan Broussard along with fellow newcomer Jesse Williams who plays a documentarian with an interest in the Arconia building and his own set of secrets.
The new season is expected to pick up after the events of the second season finale in which famed actor Ben Glenroy (Rudd) dropped dead on stage with Martin’s Charles-Haden Savage character seen having bad words with him just moments before.
Disney’s 20th Television produces the series that Martin and John Hoffman co-created. Both executive produce alongside Short, Gomez, Dan Fogelman and Jess Rosenthal.
Only Murders in the Building is available to stream on Disney+ in the UK
