Vulture have announced plans for Martin Scorcese and Leonardo DiCaprio to re-team for a new movie called The Wolf of Wall Street. They recently worked together on Shutter Island and obviously the pain got on well.

Ridley Scott was initially named to direct the movie which is based on the book by Jordan Belfort with the same title. Vulture also give us the plotline:

For those unfamiliar with the book, Wolf follows a drug-, alcohol-, and sex-addicted brokerage firm operator’s rise and fall — from multi-millionaire twentysomething in the go-go eighties to federal-convict thirtysomething banned from the securities business for life in 1994.

According to the site, shooting may being Summer 2012 after Scorsese has completed Silence which is based on the book by Shusaku Endo and starring Benicio del Toro. Scorcese is currently in post production of his new movie, ‘Hugh Cabret’ which stars Jude Law, Christopher Lee, Chloe Moretz, Ben Kingsley, Ray Winstone to name but a few which was shot right here at Pinewood Studios in England.

More as we get it.
