Luke Evans and Milla Jovovich are set to star in the sci-fi thriller ‘World Breaker’ from helmer Brad Anderson.
Centering on a father and his daughter, the project focuses on an event, five years previously, when a tear in the fabric of reality brought creatures to our world from an alternate dimension bent on our destruction. The father hides his daughter on an island to keep her safe, while he prepares her for survival and the battles to come. But no place is safe.

Joshua Rollins has penned the feature. Martin Brennan of 23ten is producing. It will be filmed on location in Northern Ireland with support from Northern Ireland Screen. The producers hold the U.S. rights.
Evans and Jovovich have previously starred together in ‘The Three Musketeers.’ Jovovich is best known for her role in the ‘Resident Evil’ franchise. Evans has previously starred in ‘Beauty and the Beast.’ Anderson’s credits include ‘The Call,’ ‘Beirut’ and ‘The Silent Hour.’
