There’s a new trailer for Brian Helgeland’s Kray Brothers thriller Legend, and it does a fine job of playing on the tantilising prospect of seeing Tom Hardy play alongside himself as the twins.
Emily Browning and Kingsman star Taron Egerton star along with Christopher Ecclestone and Chazz Palminteri in the terrible rise and fall of the East End gangsters. The trailer also makes much of fact that Brian Helgeland is directing, as the sun-blasted locales of L.A. Confidential have been swapped for the sodden, dank streets of London.
Hardy, however, is the star here and it may well be a defining set of roles for the actor. The film is out on the 11th of September, here’s the new trailer.
