When the film history books are written and the early 21st Century heads up a volume the old-age action hero will comprise a nice chunk of what Hollywood got up to post Y2K.

Not least the burgeoning action sub-genre gives our aging actors the chance to feel virile and have a few more years as a leading man.

With Taken, RED, The Expendables and more recently The Gunman, John Wick now quietly enters the fray, however there is something special about the film from directors  David Leitch and Chad Stahelski. Not only does Keanu Reeves prove the perfect zen-attaining (former) hitman but the action is relentless, well shot and very powerful.

With a sequel already in the works the UK are finally getting the chance to see the film, and Cassam Looch and Colin Hart were on the red carpet this evening to speak with Mr. Wick himself. Here are their interviews in which they talk about the third Bill & Ted movie and we also get to hear Reeves’ thoughts on the Point Break remake.
