Disney has released the first trailer for ‘Hexed,’ offering audiences a glimpse into an enchanting new animated fantasy adventure that will arrive exclusively in cinemas on November 27.
The all-new coming-of-age saga follows Billie, an impulsive and unconventional teenager voiced by Hailee Steinfeld, whose life is turned upside down when she accidentally unlocks hidden magical powers. What begins as an ordinary life in suburbia quickly transforms into an extraordinary journey when Billie is transported to the mystical realm of Hexe.
There, she encounters a host of magical characters, including the enchanted feather quill pen Ms. Quill and the mysterious magical journal Elias Quire. As Billie navigates this spectacular new world, she uncovers long-buried family secrets that could reshape the future of witches and magic forever.
Hailee Steinfeld leads the voice cast as Billie, alongside Rashida Jones as her cautious mother Alice. Joining the previously announced cast are seven-time Emmy Award winner Tracey Ullman, who lends her voice to the enchanted feather quill pen Ms. Quill, and Stephen Fry as the magical journal Elias Quire.
‘Hexed’ is directed by Fawn Veerasunthorn and Jason Hand, with Josie Trinidad serving as co-director.
