Superhero fans have a lot of reasons to look forward to 2016 thanks to the release of movies like Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Captain America: Civil War, but let’s not forget what’s going on on the small screen! One of the most highly anticipated projects coming to television is of course Arrow/The Flash spinoff DC’s Legends of Tomorrow!
Following the release of a very cool trailer and poster last month, The CW has released a new series of character posters revolving around each of the time travelling team members.
A recent crossover between Arrow and The Flash nicely set up the events of Legends of Tomorrow when it introduced the villainous Vandal Savage, and along with those new Batman v Superman posters (see them by clicking here), these are pretty damn cool.
When heroes alone are not enough…the world needs legends. In DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, having seen the future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat — one in which not only is the planet at stake, but all of time itself. Can this ragtag team defeat an immortal threat unlike anything they’ve ever known?
