After endless false starts we’ve got our first look at Gore Verbinski’s two leading men in the Disney/Jerry Bruckheimer produced adaptation of The Lone Ranger.

The picture was tweeted a moment ago by Jerry ‘The Legend’ Bruckheimer and shows our two heroes looking pensive against a fake background.

Bruckheimer said in a previous tweet that ‘What’s coming will show you why this isn’t going to be your grandfather’s Lone Ranger and Tonto…’ And you know what? He’s right.
