With a cast populated by Ryan Reynolds, Mark Strong, Blake Lively, Tim Robbins and Peter Sarsgaard, Green Lantern will be one of the more interesting super hero movie of next year, particularly with Martin Campbell behind the camera.

So, while we wait for an official poster or trailer to give us an idea of the world of Hal Jordan we’re faced with the slow drip of DC approved marketing to drip out, and today the logo, and ring design one assumes, of the Green Lantern was unveiled.

The excitingly named Warner Bros. Consumer Products revealed this look at the Green Lantern logo with what could very well pass as a teaser poster for the film. There’s an exhaustive and insomnia cracking press release which goes with this (which you can endure if you go to /Film, who noticed this first), but the only thing of tangible value is this image.

So there we are, looks vaguely Tron like to me, but it may sate the hardened Lanterneer, until we get a good look at Ryan Reynolds suited and booted.
