Channing Tatum will return to the big screen next month in indie-drama 10 Years, having already been seen three times this year in the incredibly successful The Vow, 21 Jump Street, and most recently Magic Mike.

We got the first clip from the film back in September last year, and now the first trailer has finally landed over at Yahoo Movies, giving us a first full look at the film.

“10 Years follows a group of friends on the night of their high school reunion who, a decade later, still haven’t quite grown up.

Jake is deeply in love with his girlfriend and ready to propose – until he runs into his high school flame for the first time in years. Jake’s friend Cully married his cheerleader girlfriend, and has been looking forward to the reunion so he can finally apologize to all the classmates he bullied in high school. However, after a few too many drinks, the jock-turned-family man ends up reverting back to his old ways instead. Meanwhile, longtime rivals Marty and A.J spend the night picking up right where they left off, vying to impress the hottest girl in class. The famous one of the group, Reeves is now a rock star, but is still too shy to talk to his high school crush.”

Previously titled Ten Year, Tatum stars alongside a rather great ensemble cast, headed up by Rosario Dawson, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Lynn Collins, Anthony Mackie, Justin Long, Kate Mara, Chris Pratt, Ron Livingston, Oscar Isaac, and the unbeatable Aubrey Plaza.

Jamie Linden makes his feature directorial debut, directing from his own script, having previously penned the Tatum-starrer Dear John, and he’s assembled one of the best casts of any indie film in recent memory.

10 Years will be released in the US on 14th September. No word yet on a UK release, but hopefully we’ll see it arrive on our shores in the next few months, because this looks like it has some potential. Enjoy.
