The long-awaited return of Arrested Development has finally been getting underway in recent months, with the immensely anticipated fourth season coming to Netflix early in 2013, with a feature film expected to follow it.
We’ve seen some great photos from the set, and now EW have the first official photos of the reunited cast – albeit, in a promo shoot, but according to them,
“To celebrate the show’s rebirth, we asked the cast to strike the most naturalistic pose they could in whatever clothes they happened to wear to the shoot. Enjoy.”
The new season brings back the entirety of the original cast, led by Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, Michael Cera, Alia Shawkat, Portia de Rossi, David Cross, Tony Hale, Jessica Walter, and Jeffrey Tambor, with Ron Howard returning to narrate.
And of course, the usual brilliant line-up of cameos is expected, with Henry Winkler and Judy Greer expected to reprise their roles, and the great John Slattery set to join the cast in a recurring and as-yet-unknown role.
Arrested Development will be airing on Netflix in the New Year, with the episodes currently numbered approximately at ten, but with potential room for increasing that number if they decide to during production.
