The first official character image to be released from Fox’s upcoming Gotham isn’t of eventual Police Commissioner James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) or the rogues’ gallery of villains that made the city famous.
Instead, the spotlight is put on Donal Logue (Sons of Anarchy) as Detective Harvey Bullock, Gordon’s rough-around-the-edges partner and mentor. As comic book fans know, Bullock plays loose with police procedure, but gets results — and he does so with old-school, hard-ass panache.
DC’s official website are promising that another character reveal is coming tomorrow, so be sure to stay tuned to HeyUGuys for more. For now, check out some set photos from Gotham by clicking
Everyone knows the name Commissioner Gordon. He is one of the crime world’s greatest foes, a man whose reputation is synonymous with law and order. And what circumstances created them – the larger-than-life personas who would become Catwoman, The Penguin, The Riddler, Two-Face and The Joker. GOTHAM is an origin story of the great DC Comics super villains and vigilantes, revealing an entirely new chapter that has never been told.
