We all know that Dwayne Johnson is a bona fide action star, but the wrestler turned actor is now looking to show off his comedy chops. That will be Rawson Marshall Thurber’s Central Intelligence, starring Kevin Hart.
The movie will see Hart play a mild-mannered accountant who is contacted by an old friend from school (Johnson) before their reunion. He then learns that Johnson’s character – who he used to protect from bullies in school – is now a contract killer for the CIA who needs his help to foil a plan to sell military secrets.
However, based on the first look image below and the description which comes with it, Central Intelligence will be a lot different to what many expected. Johnson’s character in particular sounds like quite a departure to his normal action movie roles, and anyone who followed him in WWE will know he’s a very funny guy.
