We were charmed and delighted to interview the cast and crew on the red carpet of the UK Premiere of Disney’s Christopher Robin about the boy who inspired A.A. Milne’s Winnie the Pooh stories, held in London on the 5th of August 2018.

The film stars Ewan McGregor, Hayley Atwell, Mark Gatiss, Sophie Okonedo and Bronte Carmichael. It is written by Marc Foster, who talks to us about the timelessnessof the stories, as well as being pleased not to be doing World War Z 2. McGregor ponders once more the much-mooted Obi-Wan Kenobi standalone Star Wars film, and given the events of Avengers Infinity War Hayley Atwell muses on the possibility of Agent Peggy Carter turning up in Avengers 4.

An adult Christopher Robin, who is now focused on his new life, work, and family, suddenly meets his old friend Winnie the Pooh, who returns to his unforgotten childhood past to help him return to the Hundred Acre Wood and help find Pooh’s lost friends.

Christopher Robin is released in the UK on the 17th of August, here’s our report from  the premiere.
