To celebrate the release of Flora & Ulysses, the new Disney+ original film, we had the pleasure of chatting to the stars of the film to find out about the newest superhero!

Disney’s “Flora & Ulysses” is a delightful comedy-adventure based on the Newberry Award-winning book about 10-year old Flora (Matlida Lawler), an avid comic book fan and a self-avowed cynic, whose parents have recently separated (Ben Schwartz and Alison Hannigan). After rescuing a squirrel she names Ulysses, Flora is amazed to discover he possesses unique superhero powers that take them on an adventure of humorous complications that ultimately change Flora’s life – and her outlook – forever.

Mixing all the fun and adventure of your favourite comic-book films and the energy of recent success Sonic The Hedgehog, Flora & Ulysses really is a treat and we spoke to Lawler and Schwartz (the voice of Sonic, no less) about their love to superheroes and whether a new furry MCU involving Disney characters – and maybe more – maybe the new franchise that everyone wants a piece of.

Flora & Ulysses is available on Disney+ from Friday, February 19th.
