The one word that springs to mind when looking over the career of Canadian actress Sarah Gadon, is diverse. Her inclination to move between genres and styles ensures she’s unable to pigeonholed. Her latest venture is Dracula Untold, where she plays the eponymous lead’s adoring wife.

We caught up with Gadon to discuss the role and how she goes about picking different parts. Also, following on from Belle, we ask about her English accent, and what attracts her to period pieces, and how much costumes can inform an actor, and help them embody the character at hand. Finally we ask about her next project, Girl’s Night Out.

Dracula Untold is released on October 3rd.
