Every now and then there’s a piece of film marketing that really hits the spot and this new short prequel of sorts for Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch does a great job of selling the film while succeeding completely in its own right.

It was created by Ben Hibon, who directed the acclaimed sequence of The Tale of The Three Brothers in Part 1 of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and is lining up the ‘dark’ Peter Pan adaptation, Pan, and there’s plenty of darkness in this short.

We also sat down with the artist Alex Pardee recently to talk about his work on look of Sucker Punch and given the film’s stunning visual identity this short and the interview with Alex are illuminating experiences.

Here’s the video, loud as you can.
