To continue on our interview coverage to celebrate the release of Murder on the Orient Express, we sat down with two of the film’s stars Tom Bateman and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, who play Bouc and Marquez, respectively.

The pair discuss the characters they play in the movie, and what it was like to work with Branagh (and whether they had to hold back from laughing when he was walking around with that facial hair). They also speak about the whole atmosphere on set; the costumes, the train and how it felt like walking on to the Orient Express itself. Finally, since we’d heard there were plenty of pranks played on set, we asked if either Bateman or Garcia-Rulfo had been involved in any. Turns out, the former was quite heavily involved.
