Icon Film have released the first trailer for Hammer horror film The Resident.
Directed by Antti Jokinen, The Resident stars Hilary Swank, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Christopher Lee, Lee Pace and Peggy Miley.
The Resident will be released nationwide on March 11.
When a young doctor (Swank) suspects she may not be alone in her new Brooklyn loft, she learns that her landlord (Lee) has formed a frightening obsession with her.
