The competition is fierce in the Best Picture category this year and no movie is a foregone conclusion, Could Get Out take home the honour? or will favourite, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri beat it to the post? The Shape of Water leads the nominations with 13, followed by Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk with eight. After winning the BAFTA for Best Director, Guillermo del Toro is also favourite to walk away with the Oscar for The Shape of Water.
