Life as We Know it, the new comedy from Warner Bros., has just debuted its new poster, and I’ve got to say it’s diapertastic and rather ordinary.

The film, directed by Greg Berlanti, stars Katherine Heigl, Josh Duhamel, Josh Lucas, Christina Hendricks and Hayes MacArthur in a movie where two mutual friends are left to take care of a baby after a mutual friend is killed in an accident.  This kind of reminds me of an episode of Family Guy I saw recently…except they ended up aborting the baby because Lois was just carrying it for the parents that just died…hmmm.

Anywho, below you will find the new poster and a synopsis of the film.

Holly Berenson (Katherine Heigl) is an up-and-coming caterer and Eric Messer (Josh Duhamel) is a promising network sports director. After a disastrous first date, the only thing they have in common is their dislike for each other and their love for their goddaughter, Sophie. But when they suddenly become all Sophie has in the world, Holly and Messer are forced to put their differences aside. Juggling career ambitions and competing social calendars, they’ll have to find some common ground while living under one roof.

Life as We Know It hits US theaters on October 8.
