Prime Video has unveiled the official trailer for ‘The Last Sunrise,’ a moving romantic drama based on the beloved novel, offering an emotional journey of first love, family bonds and living life to the fullest.
Directed by Carlson Young, ‘The Last Sunrise’ follows Ry (Maia Reficco), a college student living with a chronic illness, as she travels to the idyllic island of Mallorca for a summer getaway with her mother, played by Eva Longoria.
What begins as a chance to escape the realities of everyday life soon transforms into an unforgettable summer when Ry meets and falls for Julián (Fernando Lindez). As their romance blossoms beneath the Mediterranean sun, Ry begins embracing each moment with a renewed sense of hope and possibility.
However, the dreamlike escape is threatened as Ry’s health continues to decline and long-buried family secrets begin to surface, putting everything she has discovered about love, life and her future at risk before summer comes to an end.
Maia Reficco, Fernando Lindez and Eva Longoria lead the cast.
