El Deseo have unveiled the first teaser poster for The Skin That I Inhabit (La Piel Que Habito).
Directed by acclaimed Spanish filmmaker Pedro Almodovar (Volver, All About My Mother), The Skin That I Inhabit stars Antonio Banderas, Elena Anaya, Marisa Paredes, Jan Cornet, Roberto Álamo and Blanca Suárez.
Inspired by the novel Tarantula by Thierry Jonquet, the film tells the story of a surgeon (Banderas) who tries to save the life of his wife by creating a new skin.
While Almodovar’s latest is expected to premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in May, no release dates for the US or the UK have officially been confirmed yet.
