Having spoken to the man who broke the Lance Armstrong story and the actor portraying the shamed cyclist – we then had the pleasure of sitting down with the man in the director’s chair, bringing this tale to the big screen; Stephen Frears.
In spite of his claim that he “despises” journalists, we found it in our hearts to forgive the filmmaker, and talk about his own thoughts on Armstrong, cycling, and Ben Foster’s remarkable performance.
