Stanley-Tucci-Jack-the-Giant-SlayerMore often that not, it’s us Brits that get consigned to playing the bad guys in big Hollywood productions. From Alan Rickman in Die Hard to Jeremy Irons in The Lion King – yet now in Bryan Singer’s Jack the Giant Slayer we have a role reversal, as the one leading American star Stanley Tucci, takes on the role of the conniving Roderick.

We were fortunate enough to sit down with The Hunger Games star to discuss his role and the inspirations behind it, as he also discusses his love for Britain – where the film was shot. Unbelievably, he doesn’t even mind the weather, but give it time Stanley, the novelty wears off.

Jack the Giant Slayer is released in UK cinemas this Friday 22nd March. You can see all our interviews from the junket here.
