9. The Rhino
We caught a glimpse of Rhino in the trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and while it’s a very different appearance to the comic books, there has been talk of that suit just being a prototype (meaning that Paul Giamatti will return further down the line in an advanced version…most likely provided to him by Oscorp).
Rhino is dumb, but a real brute in terms of sheer raw power. Recent comics have given him more of a personality instead of making him just the bad guy who Spidey tricks into running into a wall and then webs up!
A role in the Sinister Six movie would give this side of the character a chance to shine through and seeing more of Giamatti’s sure to be unique take on the classic villain is a definite win.
