Hallowe’en is almost upon us, and with it comes another bout of Paranormal Activity.

Tod Williams takes over from Oren Peli to direct the sequel which, from what we’ve seen, seeks to scare seven shades of spooky out of us with the same home video footage as the first. This time there’s a baby involved. And a dog. But we can expect the same shocks and suspense as the first.

Not wishing to deviate from the tried and trusted formula a few more videos made their way online today and they too contain images which in isolation are pretty unsettling – when I was taking a screengrab of the first clip for the thumbnail for this post I managed, by complete accident, to capture this image –
