While we’re still smarting from the news that Oliver Stone’s sequel Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps won’t be on our screens until September we can console ourselves that Michael Douglas will be making an appearance on the big screen with Brian Koppelman’s film Solitary Man.

Kudos to Koppelman and his co-director David Levien (The Girlfriend Experience and Ocean’s Thirteen are two recent examples of their work) for assembling such a fantastic cast for this one. Mary-Louise Parker and Susan Sarandon, Jenna Fischer and Jesse Eisenberg join what is reported to be Douglas’s finest performance in a long time as a businessman whose personal and professional lives collide and conspire to unravel at his feet.

Here’s a new poster which has just been released, and there’s a trailer embedded below to allow you to immerse yourselves in all things Douglas.

The cool people over at Cinematical unleashed this one on the world, and we can do little more than say thanks.

Here’s the trailer for you to watch.
