In around twenty four hours the Queen will dance gaily up the red carpet to attend the Royal Film Performance and World Premiere of The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader.

If the Narnians go as far as their Potter brethren did a few weeks ago then Leicester Square will be filled with gallons of water and the Queen will arrive on the Dawn Treader itself, so extravagant were the wizarding celebrations and the Narnia films have had to carve out their our own identity against the onslaught of the Chosen One.

Time will tell if the third film, Voyage of the Dawn Treader, will have the success of the first film in the series, the charming outing in The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, I hope it does.

Anyhoo, this is all preamble to let you know that we’ll be on the red carpet tomorrow and then, dressed to the nines, we’ll be enjoying the film and bring our review back to you as soon as possible.
