With the screech of overburdened coffers sounding out in Marvel’s vaults thanks to another whopping return on Avengers: Age of Ultron it seems the hype train has already moved on. Next stop: Ant-Man.
There’s a new poster out for the film today, and with just over two months to go until the 17th of July release date you can expect to be hearing a lot more about the diminutive next step in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas and Evangeline Lilly head up the film, directed by Peyton Reed, and while trailers for the film have been divisive with an unclear tone running through them, Marvel are hoping that we’ll see anything they put out. Certainly the loss of Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish has hurt this one over here in the UK, however there’s no doubting that this is the biggest risk so far for Marvel.
