Paramount Pictures took this week’s CinemaCon event to finally announce the titles of two of the studio’s biggest franchises, ‘Mission: Impossible 7’ and ‘A Quiet Place’ spin-off.

First up comes Christopher McQuarrie’s M:I 7, having screened a trailer for attendees only, the title was revealed as ‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1.’

Splitting the movie into two parts comes from McQuarrie’s previous statement of wanting to take a more emotional route.

“Going into this, I said, ‘I want to take what we learned from Fallout and apply it to every character in the movie. I want everyone to have an emotional arc… I just want the movie to have more feeling across the board.”
