The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man. Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats.

Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world, and you can see (if you look very closely) the first trailer teaser for the movie in the player below.

It’s hard to say whether the decision to release an “Ant-Sized” look at Ant-Man is very smart or very stupid, as this was a perfect chance to get fans and sceptical moviegoers who lost interest when Edgar Wright left – or who have never even heard of the character – really excited about the first trailer for the movie.

Regardless, the full length version (which runs at 1:48) will air on Tuesday during the premiere of Agent Carter. Stay tuned to HeyUGuys as we’ll have that for you right here the second Marvel release it online.

Starring Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll, Judy Greer, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Pena, John Slattery, and Hayley Atwell, Ant-Man is set to be released on July 17th, later this year.
