It’s not a huge shock to read the headline, is it?

With so much hype currently buoying up Disney’s first Lucasfilm-license-to-print-money it is unsurprising to learn that the Lucasfilm massive are talking up a new Indiana Jones film.

Like the Star Wars prequels you can bet that the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull will be Phantom Menaced out of the picture and a new, young cast will be at the centre of any new Indiana Jones property. Having Harrison Ford return, particularly given his forthcoming stint as Han Solo, is unlikely and so Chris Pratt, erm we mean, another Indy must be found.

Who me?
Who me?

Kathleen Kennedy is quoted in the latest issue of Vanity Fair thus,

“In buying the company, Disney also got rights, for better or worse, to less-storied Lucasfilm properties, among them Willow and Radioland Murders.

A bigger prize is the Indiana Jones franchise. Kennedy confirmed rumors that another Indy movie ‘will one day be made inside this company. When it will happen, I’m not quite sure. We haven’t started working on a script yet, but we are talking about it.’”

So, a new Indy film, or a sequel to Willow? Which one do you want?
