We sat down with LaKeith Stanfield and Juno Temple to talk about their roles in Roofman, the gripping new true-crime thriller directed by Derek Cianfrance and starring Channing Tatum, Kirsten Dunst, and Peter Dinklage.

Plot:

Based on a true story, Roofman follows Jeffrey Manchester (Channing Tatum), a former Army Ranger and struggling father who resorts to robbing McDonald’s restaurants by cutting through their roofs. After escaping prison, he hides out in a Toys “R” Us for six months, undetected, while planning his next move. But when he falls for Leigh (Kirsten Dunst), a divorced mother, his secret life begins to unravel, sparking a suspenseful game of cat and mouse as his past threatens to catch up with him.
