What is it about the Transformers franchise that has allowed for it to be entering in to its 5th feature film? The Michael Bay led franchise has a mass appeal that has given it such longevity, and so when we sat down with one of the series’ mainstays Josh Duhamel (who plays Lennox), we wanted to find out.

Transformers The Last Knight Movie ImageDuhamel explained to us exactly what he feels has kept the Transformers films alive and maintained their popularity, while the father of a young son also describes to us the joy in sharing the experience with his offspring. He goes on to talk about his relationship with director Bay, and why watching these films back place him in the position of the viewer, such is the amount of work that goes into the post-production.

Finally we wanted to know if there would be any more Transformers films on the horizon – and if so, whether Duhamel would be inclined to get involved, again.

Synopsis
