The premise of a christmas movie whereby Santa needs to be rescued from prison, is certainly one that piques our interest. It would appear that Ridley Scott was rather intrigued too, as Get Santa director Christopher Smith explains how the venerable filmmaker came to be involved in this project.
Smith also discusses where the idea came from (the pub), why the renowned horror director has turned his head to family-friendly productions – while confirming to us that there could well be a sequel.
