After the debacle of the first poster for Tom Hooper’s wonderful film, the marketing for The King’s Speech is looking better than ever with this new Spanish poster.

Colin Firth and Helena Bonham Carter take the lead and dance us through the story of the reluctant King George VI as he takes to the throne like a duck to molasses. Enter Geoffrey Rush’s speech therapist Lionel Logue to save the day, and the three of them, supported by a fantastic cast including Michael Gambon, Jennifer Ehle, Derek Jacobi and a particularly nasty Guy Pearce, do wonderful work in bringing Hooper’s film to the screen.

The film is out in the UK on the 7th of January, and it is well worth making time for.

Here’s the full poster,

IMPA graciously gave this to the world.
