First Look/new images are popping up all over the shop today and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 have decided to get in on the act too… well they don’t want their ego to be upstaged now do they?

Talking of Ego’s (yes, that was bad), the very hush-hush, keep all details under wraps character Ego the Living Planet aka Star Lord’s Father aka Kurt Russell in toy form has made an official appearance and we are delighted to be able to share that image of Grisly Adams.. Oh no sorry, we mean Ego the Living Planet, with you even if we can’t share any other details on the character.

Also, in a little exclusive to Empire another new image from the film has been released which features Star Lord (Chris Pratt) and Drax (Dave Bautista) all tooled up and ready for, looking at the size of Drax’s weapon, some kind of Battle Royale.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Talking to Empire, Chris Pratt vaguely revealed what we can expect from Vol.2  “You can expect to see everything you loved in the first movie, but you’re also going to… but it… oh, I should rephrase that.”  “Don’t expect to see everything you saw in the first movie. But expect to be charmed and thrilled and entertained like you were watching the first movie.”
Whatever piece of footage, trailer, images and the like may be unleashed next doesn’t change the fact that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 couldn’t come soon enough for us.
