Thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we have our very first glimpse of M. Night Shyamalan’s Glass – The third film in the Unbreakable/Split universe.

All the images portray James McAvoy returning as Kevin joined by Unbreakable’s Bruce Willis as security guard David Dunn, who is imbued with superpowers and Samuel L. Jackson as Elijah Price aka Mr Glass. Anya Taylor Joy – who starred opposite McAvoy in Split is also featured in her returning role as Casey Cooke, the only young lady to survive an encounter with The Beast. In the first look images, we also have our first look at Sarah Paulson as the psychiatrist treating the trio.

Also in the news – District 9’s Neill Blomkamp to take the helm on Robocop

A brief outline of the plot reads; The film finds Dunn pursuing Crumb’s superhuman figure of The Beast in a series of escalating encounters, while the shadowy presence of Elijah Price, aka Mr. Glass (Jackson), emerges as an orchestrator who holds secrets critical to both men.

Written and directed by Shyamalan, Jason Blum of Blumhouse Productions will be producing alongside Ashwin Rajan and Marc Bienstock. Steven Schneider will executive produce.

Although a trailer has yet to drop for the general public, at this year’s CinemaCon, a trailer for Glass was featured. The trailer is expected to drop at SDCC, we can only hope it makes it online soon after. We spoke with James McAvoy back April at the Sherlock Gnomes Premieres, he admitted to us that he had just seen a finished trailer for Glass. Watch the interview below.
