Gal Gadot has signed up to take the lead in the spy-thriller ‘Heart of Stone’ at Skydance Media.

Word is Skydance want to make a lucrative franchise out of the thriller which is said to be a female version of James Bond. Any further plot details are being kept under wraps.

‘The Aeronauts’ filmmaker Tom Harper is attached to direct a script penned by ‘The Old Guard’s’ Greg Rucka and ‘Hidden Pictures’ Allison Schroeder. Gadot will produce via her Pilot Wave banner, along with Jaron Varsano, Bonnie Curtis and Julie Lynn. David Ellison will produce with Dana Goldberg and Don Granger for Skydance.

Gadot will next be seen the ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ over the Christmas period. She will also appear in ‘Death on the Nile’ and Ryan Reynolds and Dwayne Johnson’s ‘Red Notice’. She is also attached to ‘Cleopatra’ which will see her reunite with ‘Wonder Women’ helmer Patty Jenkins.
