FilmDistrict has acquired US distribution rights to actress Angelina Jolie’s much-talked about directorial debut In the Land of Blood and Honey.
In the Land of Blood and Honey is set against the backdrop of the Bosnian War in the 1990’s and “illustrates the consequences of the lack of political will to intervene in a society stricken with conflict.”
The GK Films production will be released in the US on December 23rd.
