As the clock ticks down to the first full trailer from the third instalment of the Harry Potter spin-off ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore’, a new clip previewing the wizarding world and a snippet from the new film has been released.
The movie will focus on Professor Albus Dumbledore & his knowledge of the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald moving to seize control of the wizarding world. Unable to stop him alone, he entrusts Magizoologist Newt Scamander to lead an intrepid team of wizards, witches and one brave Muggle baker on a dangerous mission, where they encounter old and new beasts and clash with Grindelwald’s growing legion of followers. But with the stakes so high, how long can Dumbledore remain on the sidelines?
David Yates is returning to direct the third movie. The prequel series will see magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) become a confidant of a young Albus Dumbledore, played by a returning Jude Law, amid the rise of Grindelwald.

Actor Mads Mikkelsen has replaced Johnny Depp as Grindelwald. The cast also includes Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller, Dan Fogler and Jessica Williams.
Steve Kloves, who worked on many of the original ‘Harry Potter’ movies, is co-writing the script for the third film with J.K. Rowling.
