With rumours swirling that the Ralph Fiennes directed Shakespeare adapatation Coriolanus will be present in some form at this year’s London Film Festival we’re starting to see more and more of the film.

A few scenes were shown to the crowds at the Big Screen event a few days ago and the sight of a bloodied Fiennes rallying his troops, then facing off against Gerard Butler’s Tullus Aufidius was truly something. The film has already found favour on the festival circuit and I’m hoping this will find a decent audience on its release early next year. James Nesbitt, Brian Cox and Vanessa Redgrave are in support.
