Today has been a rather eventful one. As regulars to the site will know, I am rather a large Jerry Bruckheimer fan. I have a Jerry Bruckheimer Super Shelf with all his movies on and today was a day that I will never forget…. the first time I ever got to speak to Mr. Jerry Bruckheimer in person! OK, so ignore the fact that it was a question asked in a room full of journalists at the press conference for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time he still spoke directly to me! To me!!!
OK, enough fan obsession! Below, I’ve placed some photos from the press conference. Unfortunately I wasn’t perfectly placed to take them but here’s a few nonetheless and I hope you like them. Jake Gyllenhaal, Gemma Arterton, Sir Ben Kingsley, Jerry Bruckheimer, Jordan Mechner and producer Jery Bruckheimer were all there to answer our questions (did I mention I spoke to Jerry Bruckheimer?!) and that footage should hopefully be winging it’s way to us in the next few days.
After the press conference, I headed over to a screening to watch the movie for a second time to discover that both Jerry Bruckheimer and Mike Newell were there to introduce the movie. I took the liberty of filming that too and the footage is below.
