Warner Bros. has released the official trailer for ‘Digger,’ the highly anticipated new thriller from Academy Award-winning director Alejandro G. Iñárritu, starring Tom Cruise.
The trailer offers a gripping look at a world teetering on the brink of collapse as Cruise takes on the role of the most powerful man on Earth. Faced with an unprecedented global catastrophe of his own making, he embarks on a desperate race against time to convince the world that he is humanity’s only hope before the disaster he has unleashed consumes everything.
Joining Cruise is an exceptional ensemble cast that includes Academy Award winner Riz Ahmed, John Goodman, Academy Award nominee Sandra Hüller, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Academy Award nominee Jesse Plemons. The cast is further rounded out by Robert John Burke, Emma D’Arcy, Burn Gorman, and Sophie Wilde.
‘Digger’ is directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu from a screenplay written by Iñárritu alongside Academy Award winners Alexander Dinelaris and Nicolás Giacobone, with Sabina Berman.
