Netflix has debuted the first trailer for high-school post-apocalyptic feature ‘Daybreak’ starring Matthew Broderick.
In the series, the city of Glendale is populated by marauding gangs of jocks, gamers, the 4-H Club, and fearsome tribes who fight to survive in the wake of a nuclear blast.
Following an eclectic group of teenage survivors, as they navigate this treacherous world, the series is “part samurai saga, part endearing coming-of-age story, and part Battle Royale”.
Krysta Rodriguez, Colin Ford, Sophie Simnett and Austin Crute also star alongside Broderick.
