Warner Bros. has released a brand-new trailer for ‘Clayface,’ the upcoming DC Studios horror thriller that puts Gotham’s cult-favourite villain at the centre of a dark and twisted transformation story.
Directed by James Watkins, the film stars Tom Rhys Harries in the title role as Matt Hagen, a Gotham street kid whose meteoric rise to Hollywood stardom is brutally cut short when the actions of a local crime boss leave him horribly disfigured.
Abandoned by his team and with nothing left to lose, Matt turns to a cutting-edge treatment that miraculously restores him to his former self. However, the procedure comes with a terrifying price. As the treatment begins to affect his grip on reality, Matt spirals into a destructive path of all-consuming revenge.
Alongside Tom Rhys Harries, ‘Clayface’ stars Naomi Ackie, David Dencik, Max Minghella, Eddie Marsan, Nancy Carroll and Joshua James.
