Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

As the world grieved the passing of actor Chadwick Boseman, for the cast of Black Panther they were grieving a close friend. Naturally this makes the finished product of sequel Wakanda Forever an incredibly profound and moving watch at times. Which also, to some degree, was the case of the press junket, as we spoke to a collective of the talented performers who make up this ensemble, as they speak about going ahead with this sequel, without their king.

Below you can watch interviews with Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke, as well as our chats with Martin Freeman, Tenoch Huerta and Florence Kasumba. We discuss all manner of things, from the incredible vision of director Ryan Coogler, to the challenges in shooting this film, and balancing their real life grief, with the commitment to entertaining viewers at the same time. And watch our for a great anecdote with Freeman, as it transpires we have a little connection from our past….
