Along with the silliness and downright rudeness of some of the motion posters released last week, the TV spot followed in the same fashion, With Dwayne Johnson as Mitch taking the young Zac Efron under his wings with almighty frustration, the big game TV Spot included a scene of Zac Efron in a pair of budgie smugglers. According to Dwayne Johnson, he couldn’t wear as it was a desecration of the US flag. Also, included was Johnson as the big hero as he carried someone out of the sea and the obligatory hot woman in her swimsuit running in slow motion. Lots of tongue in cheek action to keep your head shaking in disbelief.

He is joined by Zac Efron, Priyanka Chopra, Alexandra Daddario, Jon Bass, Kelly Rohrbach, Ilfenesh Hadera. Looking at all the trailers so far we can guarantee this reboot should not be taken seriously. It’s meant to mock its predecessor and up to excess to an R-rated state.
